Strength Training For Women

Do you want to look great in your jeans or dresses that used to fit?  Drop pounds, tone your arms, glutes, thighs and stomach in this class. We integrate stretching, strength training, and cardio into the workout routine.  This class is designed for all fitness levels. We encourage you to bring your own stability ball and medicine ball.

Monday/Wednesday (6 Weeks)
Location: Maximum Fitness
Time: 5:30-6:30pm

Fee: $60.00 for 2 classes per week and $30.00, for 1 class per week for members
         $65.00 for 2 classes per week and $35.00, for 1 class for non-members

Boot Camp

Are you tired of the same watered down exercise that doesn’t seem to yield any results?  Get up with determination and go to bed with satisfaction. In boot camp we integrate strength training, cardio, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing into one class. This is a fast-paced class but it is catered to all fitness levels beginners, seasoned vets, weekend warriors and gym rats.

Tuesday/Thursday (6 Weeks)
Time: 6:15-7:15am

Fee:  $60.00 for 2 classes per week and $30.00, for 1 class per week for members

Drop-In Fee: $8.00 members $10.00 for non-members


A combination of Vinyasa flow and Iyengar-like styles of Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that uses sun salutations and a powerful breathing technique. It creates awareness, mindfulness and presence, as well as the excitement of new and challenging poses and sequences. It is a challenging alignment-oriented practice that develops strength, flexibility and balance in equal proportions.

Tuesday/Thursday (6 Weeks)

Time: 8:45-10:00am

Fee:  $54.00 for one class per week, $108.00 for 2 classes per week
Drop-In Fee: $10.00 per class

Race Prep Class

This class is a 5 week training class that will gear you up for a 5k by teaching you proper stretching, breathing, and strength training techniques. You will run and preform strength training exercises in this 45 min class.
